Fasting is a discipline in which the believer creates a window for a more focused and uninterrupted time with the Lord, expressed by setting aside and abstaining from pleasurable things, such as food and drink.

In Jesus Reigns Ministries Church, we have committed to fast on the first Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on the first month of each quarter of the year -January, April, July and October. During this period, the Church meets at 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM for our Tarrying Night, a time we spend to pray as a congregation.

Regular Prayer and Intercessory Meeting is every Thursday at 7:00 PM.
