God is aware of our everyday struggle. He knows of the anxiety and stress that we get trying to balance everything out and live a harmonious and peaceful life. He knows of the days when we are so confused and hurt, and weary and broken.

That is why He said this:

“But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” – Isaiah 40:31
In our moments of weakness, when days seem dark and the tunnel of hopelessness seems to stretch endlessly, let us turn to the Lord.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” —Matthew 11:28
Although our weakness is a part of ourselves that annoy us, God is never repulsed or slightly annoyed by our weakness. There may be days when we feel that we are not worthy of love because there are so much weakness in us. But remember, God loves us the same, weakness and all.

Our weaknesses should not scare us. It is a part of our being. But we must remember to be able to overcome them and grow from them, and in order to do so, we must first acknowledge them. When we fall short, the Lord invites us to come to Him to seek His guidance so that we can be better.

When we sin, the Lord invites us to come to Him in repentance and allow Him to cleanse us so that we can begin anew with a light heart.

In our previous article “You are Fearfully and Wonderfully Made,” we have talked just how special we are to God, even with our imperfections and weaknesses. We should always keep this in mind in times when we get filled with doubts because of our weaknesses.
